If you’re a fan of rock, then you may have followed the band Adrenaline Mob. If so, there is some bad news. The bassist for the metal band has passed away in Florida following a serious car crash.

A July 17 news report indicated that the accident involved three vehicles. The band had pulled over to the side of the road to repair a flat tire alongside the highway when a tractor-trailer drove off the highway and into the parked RV.

The 36-year-old man was killed in the collision. The band had been on tour and was traveling to St. Petersburg when the collision occurred.

The news reports that the driver of the tractor-trailer did not have any injuries as a result of the collision and did not require treatment. Police at the scene stated that charges may be filed based on the results of the investigation at the scene.

Crashes like this are preventable. Whether it is from a malfunction, exhaustion or other causes, truck drivers need to be held responsible for the collisions they cause. The industry often pushes drivers too hard, which results in them driving too quickly or for too many hours. This puts them and others at risk of injuries.

If you are involved in a truck accident as a result of a truck driver’s negligence, you’re in a position to file a claim. You have injuries, financial losses and other concerns. Your attorney can help you reach a settlement or go to trial to get everything you deserve following an accident that leaves you with injuries.
